Julie Delgadillo is a nonprofit executive leader, confidence architect, bestselling author, and an award-winning mentor with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders, building communities, and helping women step into their full potential.

As a former Executive Director, current Director of Development, and International Beauty Queen, Julie combines real-world leadership experience with lessons in confidence, self-image, presence, and personal growth. Her work empowers women to show up confident, polished, and powerful in every room they walk into.
